  1. They filter in and out of human history a decade or so at a time. All leaving their savage indelible marks upon the strangely unsuspecting citizenry. Apathy and a lack of historical facts and perspective offer the citizens up as an ever refreshed herd ripe for the slaughter. With arrogance and absolute deceit the dictators boldly marginalize the populous and plunder their wealth. Only when it is too late and shedding blood is the only means to purge the tyrannical bastards from power are the citizens moved to action. Why are the protests always after the damage has been wreaked upon the innocent. With dictators, “he who hesitates loses”, is certainly the citizen’s fate. Your analysis is succinct and a bull’s eye.
